Over ten years ago the Framingham Housing Authority and the Framingham Police formed a partnership by forming the Housing Liaison Officer Program. The Program has Officer Jose Cosme assigned to it. This Program essentially allows the Housing Authority and Police Department to work together in assuring a high quality of life for the residents and their neighbors.
