The Framingham Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of Replacement Siding and Entry Doors (material procurement only) in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by CBI Consulting, LLC, of Boston, MA.

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 25, 2019 and publicly opened, forthwith.

Vinyl Replacement Windows

The Framingham Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of Vinyl Replacement Windows in accordance with the Bid Documents prepared by CBI Consulting, LLC, of Boston, MA.

The Board of Commissioners of the Framingham Housing Authority has voted to limit eligible bidders to Harvey Building Products to match work of previous phases.

The FRAMINGHAM HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Kitchen Renovations, John J. Brady Drive, in Framingham, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Andrew M. Brockway & Associates.

The Project consists of: In 12 kitchens (10 Base Bid, 2 Additive Alternate) in scattered buildings on one site, the abatement and replacement of existing resilient flooring; removal and replacement of existing kitchen cabinets, countertop, sink and faucet; prep and painting of walls and ceiling; and upgrades to electrical power and light.

The work is estimated to cost $200,000.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive; Federal Regulation 24 CFR Part 85.36 and the Davis-Bacon Act.

This project consists of carpet installation, supply of V.C.T and hard wood floor sanding on an as needed basis.

2-year contract is estimated at $65,000.00 with an option to extend for an additional year if mutually agreed upon.

The Framingham Housing Authority (FHA) hereby requests proposals from Development Consultants to partner with the Authority to plan for the rehabilitation of 125 public housing units as well as construct 7 new units of handicapped housing using a variety of funding sources and financial arrangements under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program or other public housing mixed finance methods.
