Rent Increase Policy

All Leases, Lease amendments and rent increase notice/offers must be signed by both the owner and tenant before submitting to the Framingham Housing Authority for review and approval.

This process must be conducted in a timely manner. All tenant signed documents must be received by Framingham Housing Authority 60 days prior to the effective date of the new Lease, Lease amendments and rent increase notice/offers.

Documents that are not received 60 days prior to the effective date could be delayed, and may result in a later effective date. Documents that are not signed by both parties will not be approved and processed.
